Kills uTorrent when Firefox is running, restarts when it's not. Doesn't use the smartest way to detect what's running, so... hopefully it'll manage.

Just let it sit in the backround and do it's thing. Relies on being in the same place as utorrent.exe (and yes it must be that exact name) because I'm a fat, lazy bastard and couldn't take the time to do better.
