Removes files (children) that don't have duplicate file names of different extension (parent)

[edit] Usage

Type parent extension and child extension and hit scan

Parent: Good file types that have duplicates with Child extension
Child: Possibly duplicate name of a Parent, but could be a unique file that needs to be deleted
Backup: Move files instead of deleting
Remove: Delete to recycling bin or backup listed files
Drop down box: change list view to full path text or icons
